Introduction

Astrohacker is a social network for individuals interested in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. By accessing or using the Astrohacker service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Your access to and use of Astrohacker is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not use the service.

  1. Illegal Material: You will not post material that is illegal in the United States, Europe, or any country where Astrohacker operates. Failure to comply will result in a permanent ban, deletion of your data, and no refunds will be issued.

  2. Harassment: You will not harass other users. Sending more than two unresponded messages may result in a report for harassment and you may be banned at Astrohacker's discretion.

  3. Adult-Only Content: You will not post material that is inappropriate for children or is considered as "adult-only" content. This includes, but is not limited to, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or other mature themes. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, deletion of your data, and no refunds will be issued.

Content Ownership and Use

All data on Astrohacker is private by default. You retain full ownership and rights over all private data, including data that you hold solely and data that you selectively share with others. However, by posting data publicly, you grant Astrohacker the right to use this data for training artificial intelligence algorithms. Our Privacy Policy provides more details.

Moderation and Termination

Astrohacker reserves the right to moderate content and may remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Astrohacker will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Astrohacker is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Astrohacker shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
