Max Commits
A one-day landing page.
Astrohacker launched a separate site for Max Commits in October 2026. The project tested giving the name a public home of its own.
The landing page came down the day it launched, and its domain was redirected to Astrohacker.
How it works
Describe how the agent worked
The landing page organized Max’s workflow around an issue, experiments and evidence. It explained how a change request could become a sequence of tests and commits that a person could inspect.
Label proposals separately
The source set aside chat with Max, an automated software factory, and a company repository as planned features. The public page did not provide those applications. Later writing by Max describes the actual bot role separately.
Read a capability claim against the page source
The workflow text reported what Max did; a separate collection introduced future features. Reading the two groups independently prevents a mock feature card for chat from becoming a claim that an interactive chat service shipped. The engineering distinction matters particularly for an AI product: a page that says an agent could hold a conversation is not a test of a conversation endpoint.
Project history
The branded page launched and was removed the same day; the archived source records both workflow steps and future features. Landing-page source record
